Why only 1500 miles? Are you having symptoms of some sort? I'm also wondering if your CAI may be feeding your engine some dirty air -- I don't understand why the lab dismisses ingestion out of hand without more info regarding the non-standard intake. FWIW, I've kept the intake on my G35 straight stock. If your goal is to extract every last possible half-horsepower, maybe, but from my perspective, I get all the power I could want (well, maybe I could want a tad more...) from my car as is. Not to criticise, but on the other hand, it's not as if you've got a gasping 4-cyl and you're trying to make it just respectable.

I would get my money back. If the sodium is a corrrect you might have a coolant leak. Is the .1 Glycol .1% ? If so thats 1000ppm.

Only 1500 miles because I needed to use up 12 quarts of the stuff before my switch to synthetic and I wanted to see if the intake was sucking up dirt.

Evaluator Comment (Sample ID: 9922101-R-2786) "ALL ENGINE WEAR RATES NORMAL. SILICON MOST LIKELY FROM SOURCE OTHER THAN DIRT, POSSIBLY ENGINE SEALANT (GASKET MATERIAL) AND/OR OIL ADDITIVE."

The only oddity is that according to the lab, this oil has no Calcium, Zinc, Phosphorus, Boron, or Magnesium in its additive package which is highly unlikely. I'd ask them what's up with that and ask for money back if they screwed up.
