    High Performance Lubricants PCMO Series

I'll look at that one soon. Is that the 24hr dyno? If so I think I watched it.

    High Performance Lubricants PCMO Series

I agree and in that episode using that particular engine as you mentioned is kind of weird. I would have liked to see a fresh LS or whatever over the worn out marine engine. On the Lucas ... I haven't seen them mention their products but my memory is shot. Advertisers get the preferential...

    High Performance Lubricants PCMO Series

The 50 weight, when up to temp, helps with ring seal quite a bit. Which also increases power. Watch Engine Masters season 8 episode 13. Very interesting stuff.

    Custom built LS 1 5.3L

I'm interested in responces here because I am in a similar situation with an LS motor that I built for a 1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass that will be more of a pro touring build. Started off with an 02 6.0 that I stripped down and had bored .030 over and using stock crank with forged rods and pistons...

New truck at 300 miles. Would you....

So the guys who believe I should wait a while don't think any harm can be done with oil sitting in pan for almost a year with only 40 miles driven? Just want to clarify

New truck at 300 miles. Would you....

I kind of figured this thread would go all over the place! I will wait until around 500 miles which would be next weekend as long as I can find the oil I mentioned. Have a Fram ultra ready to go. Love the truck btw.

New truck at 300 miles. Would you....

Change the oil? I was thinking about doing an oil change on my 2017 Ford F250 Superduty with the 6.2 gas engine and 6 speed auto. I bought the truck with 42 miles on odometer. Normally I would wait until 2000 miles to swap out factory fill however this truck has had this fill in for quite some...

    5.9 cummins

I have an 05' 5.9 CTD and should hit 100,000 miles next week. I've done all my own maintenance and oil changes and have had probably a dozen UOA's done from Blackstone. I've used many different oils. Only Fleetguard Stratapore filters. Chevron Delo, Valv Prem blue, JohnDeere +50, Rotella 15w40...

    Which fluid would you use?

Can't leave the Lucas in because I have to change oil at 500 miles per brake in recommendations of Strange. Went with Valvoline 75w/140 synthetic because that is all I could find on such short notice (long story)... I'm running the True Trac, btw. Thanks for all replies...

    Which fluid would you use?

Hello all... I'm just getting done with the break in period for my Strange S60 rear end in my TransAm. The rear came with Lucas 75w-140 sythetic oil and that is what is recommended by Strange. I'm not a fan of Lucas and would like to use something else. Let me hear your opinions and also would...

Wasn't calling anyone names... just that everyone has their own opinion, like... well, ya know. No offense meant. Sorry. So what's everyone's "opinion" on what to do with a car that won't be driven once temps dip below 30ish...?
