Tried starting my truck, I get a clicking sound and no start. But if I try it again, it'll start. Is this a starter issue?

    7.3 idi no glow plugs

I have a 1993 f250, when starting it the wait to start light doesn't come on. I don't hear any clicking from the relay. The truck starts, not too rough when it gets going, but it has been fairly warm outside. Maybe bad glow plugs? Relay?

Power steering pump leaking; re-seal or replace?

I'd go ahead and get a new pump, if the pump fails after the new seals your going to have to do all that work again anyhow

    Ceramic brake pads

Probably the gold level, I see they have a max but don't know the difference. And use their rotors and lines. I tow occasionally so I'm looking for something that can handle a bit of weight but won't be overly pricey.

Couple hours, you'll probably need to support it while it is drying. Clear epoxy might work better
