    Michelin AS3 owners?

Belle tire inspected, checked alignment, reblanced (.50oz off) and rotated today. Michelin offered me 40% off a new set of a differing tire model as no unusual wear or mechanical problems were found and the tire shop agreed they were quite noisy. After the rotation the noise is greatly reduced...

    Michelin AS3 owners?

I bought them incase I felt lazy about getting my winters on and it's a secondary car... did drive them through last winter and surprisingly they were pretty good here in west michigan where we get a lot of lake effect snow. regarding "something's wrong with your suspension", that certainly...

I did notice the shoulder nearest the most outer treadblocks are "melted" looking on the fronts, but tread is even to the touch and wearing evenly across the tire inspecting while on on a lift. I'm voting defective, but nowhere to turn.

alignment has been verified twice and definitely no wheel bearing issues, the car has 450hp so i didn't want to step down to a lesser tire. here's a video with the noise. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEAnwC-ljtI

    Michelin AS3 owners?

Had them for the past 7500 miles on my 335, square setup perfect alignment and wear. The road noise especially on asphalt is absurd. Much louder than the pilot super sports on my corvette. About ready to throw them away and replace with cinturato p7 all seasons, how much loss of grip? More tire...

Mobil1 TDT 5w40 still most preferred for subaru?

Currently the car's stock with 16,500 miles, my last one I ran just regular m1 5w30 up to 37k miles @ 320whp/360wtq on 93 (EQtuning tuned, stg2+ equivalent mods) and it's now @ 50k miles with 0 problems, my OCI's are ~4-5k and I drive 8 miles each way back/forth to work plus the time out...

Mobil1 5w-40 TDT still highly regarded?

It's never achieved stellar mpg even on m1 5w30 with all tune up items addressed, it hasn't been on the TDT very long now, what would you recommend I go with next time? (I want to maintain 7500 mile OCIs, it's my gf's car and she drives 120 miles a day)

Mobil1 5w-40 TDT still highly regarded?

yeah it's a touch heavy for the vibe, but it's been ran on mobil1 5w-30 since about 20k miles and now has 150k, in the last 30k or so i've noticed it will consume about .5 quart per OCI (7500 miles), so I figured the TDT 5w40 for extra insurance?

    I'm using this with a 2002 A4 1.8t 5k OCI (50/50 city/highway miles, general commuter) and in a 2003 Vibe with Toyota 1.8 1ZZ engine 7.5k OCI, 99% highway miles any thoughts or recommendations?
