    GM differential fluid....$35 a quart!

I just went to the dealership to get a few quarts of the rear end fluid specified for my 07 Sierra 1500 with locking rear end, and nearly dropped when told it was $35 a quart. Three quarts, plus tax, would be way over $100. Must I use the GM specified product, or can I use any quality 75-90W...

    WalMart brand Dexron VI ATF

I recently saw WalMart brand Dexron VI for $3.99 per quart, and was attracted by the low price, as all other Dexron VI I have seen elsewhere is $7 or $8 dollars. Any body have an idea as to who makes this product? Any other info on it? Since DexronVI is semi-synthetic, I figure it can't be too...

    Mobil 1: 5-30 vs 0-30

I have noticed a generalized dislike of M1 5-30 from many BITOG posters, but a generalized praise of M1 0-30 from many. Is there differences between these two oils other than the viscosity?
