Yup I'm still at CM....turns out there's 3 bad stems on my 04 Accord. Had them replaced at Els Tire in Glasgow on Rt 40. They are the original and only 3 years old. I'm gonna have the 4th one replaced of course. I will only get the short stems as the long ones I think flop around too much...

Ok I had 2 tires on my 04 Accord develop leaky tire valve stems (the rubber part)which I had replaced. As I would drive the tire valve would bend over from centrifugal force of course and then slowly leak air resulting in low tire pressure. This occurred over a few day period I think on a cold...

Now the hot setup would be that furnace filter combined with a charcoal type cloth to remove odors. At National Allergy Supply I think they have charcoal impregnated furnace filters. Just something to think about. Lukey

Ok guys I have an overheating 85 Civic 1500 cc w/ manual trans. I just put in a gauge that reads the actual coolant temp. The sender is in the cylinder head where the original sender was located. I think that the original dash gauge may be bad. What actual temps in deg F are considered too hot...

I wouldn't do it. I changed to syn on an 85 Civic and it started leaking. Then I went back and alls fine now. Don't fix it unless it's broke. Lukey

No mine is an LX model which is a step down from the EX. It doesn't have any monitors like that just the old "idiot light". Didn't see a need for all the other fancy stuff. Lukey

I changed my 04 4 cyl Accord oil at 3900 miles or so. I read a lot of material on it and decided to change it then. Came out looking real GREEN color. Lukey
