I had the same ? with my lambo, but i figured im so flithy rich that i would just take it to the shop then worry about oil, i would rather spend more time pickin up hoes
Hey guys, Basically I do all the work on my GF's 2008 altima. It has 52,000 miles. So far I changed the cabin filter (which was a pain) put a k&n air filter in it and i change the oil every 6 thousand miles with mobil 1 5w30 and a wix filter... Im thinking i should do the antifreeze,brake...
cars got 50,00 thousand miles on her.. used dino oils up until about 30,000 miles then i used mobil 1 but she kept burning like woah.. so i tried catrol syntec and she barely burns a drop maybe a qt for ebery 5 thousand miles... I love the stuff. also use a wix filter... nothing but the best
has anyone used the fumoto quick valve drain bolt? im worried it would come loose. if you dont know what it is, its basically take the place of a drain bolt and with the push of the button, the oil comes out and you dont have to take it out, or should i just go with a magnetic one? are they worth it
Awhile ago i asked you guys for help on why my civic was burning oil using mobil 1 5w20, I got reasons like mobil 1 was *cleaning deposits from when i used regular oil* well i used it for at least 15,000 miles (i changed it 3 times) well i recently tried castrol syntec 5w20 and bam! now more...
I currently use mobil 1 5w20 but it burns a lil oil. I want switch to a thicker oil to see if that helps or i might just try a diff brand of 5w20... Any thoughts I only ask cuz honda says to only use 5w20
I just changed the brake fluid on my civic not to long ago. Buy the craftsman bleeder. Works great and is cake to use. I had my clutch fluid changed at the dealer when they did the tranny fluid.
