Didn't that pic come from a BMW? I thought I saw that about a year or so ago, and it was a BMW.

+1 Looks very similar to the Bimmer making the rounds here and on the net.
IIRC, guy lived in the DC area and never changed the oil. The guy that was doing the clean up posted the pics. The owner was roundly criticized, and 'to me' the guy doing the clean up seemed somewhat surprised at the harshness of the response.

I like how the outside of the engine is super clean, inside....not so much. The owner should be imprisoned IMHO
