i vote MC FL-820S unless your going past 5k in which i would rec M1, Fram EXTENDED GUARD, or bosch distance plus

Purolator PureOne.....for OCI's from 5K to 8K

Fram XG.... for OCI's 8K to 10K

Mobil 1 EP or Bosch Distance Plus....for 10K to 15K

thats a pretty good break down. but i prefer the MC to pure classic because of the silicone ADBV.

bosch premium, K&N, and wix/napa gold should be in there somewhere too

MC FL-820s; your modular engine will thank you for the silicone ADBV.

Any oil filter? A bypass filter, ought to have the room to install on that one, but maybe not. Very clean oil all the time. Valvoline shouldn't change the choices.
