1999 E350 7.3L powerstroke. Fuel filter location.

Any one the location of the fuel filter. I have the parts and just can find where it is.

I think it is on top of the engine under the doghouse as this is where I lost track of the drain cable.

I just don't want to start pulling off heatshields and find I an wrong.

found the answer on another fourm.

For a part that has to changed every 15k Frod did a great job of making this filter the hardest I have yet to replace.
