A lot of folks in the dart community get rid of this piece . It's a clutch delay valve. I'm not one to change systems like that without knowing exactly what I am getting into. Does anyone have thoughts on this ?

When working on old cars or bikes it's best to remember that oil technology, for example, has changed a lot since the manual was written.

If the problem was too much NEGATIVE camber wouldnt it wear the outside of tires? Is that not why bmw's with positive camber wear the insides? The total toe is abit high in the rear.. I'd adjust that down abit but not to zero.. Also your front toe
