I found cat litter, followed by straight Simple Green and power washing to work best.

Always try diatomaceous earth first.

generally available at pool stores. I have had tremendous results with it...

I've always used The Works Toilet Bowl Cleaner. Let it sizzle for 15 minutes and wash away with the hose

wet down with a 5 gallon bucket of hot water from the bathtub. spread dawn soap everywhere, scrub the heck out of it. looks pretty good afterwards.

Well you certainly have a lot of suggestions here. I would lean to the non-chemical (heat & pressure) treatments first just because that stuff has to run off to somewhere.
