Exclusion Zone Water ??? 4th state of water ?

Yeah, the end health claims are a bit out there...

Exclusion zone water is a differently structured water adjacent to hydrophylic surfaces.
They add microbeads to water, place it adjacent to a nafion (material) surface, and the structure of the water changes such that it excludes the particles...the area adjacent to the surface is deemed the "exclusion zone", as the water arranges itself such that it ushes the beads away.

This layer has a different pH and charge to the bulk of the water ... and appears to be in a "gel" like form of H3O2 (rather than the bulk being H+ OH-

They placed a nafion tube in water, and it "self pumped" for days at a time, which changed with light input to the apparatus, while maintaining an "exclusion zone" adjacent to the surfaces, with the beads forced to the middle, and flowing.

Further extension was into the capillaries in bodies, presenting evidence from Israeli scientists that peripheral blood flow in mice extended for over an hour post mortem, even with the aorta clamped...same results found with chick embryos (and also responsded to light) and onion cells.

Hypothesid as to this sort of action may well be how the water column is able to get 300 feet up in trees, when you can't pull a column of water much past 30 feet.

Here's a vid of the beads being forced away from the wall - thus the "exclusion zone.

One of the demos in the first video, they put a pH sensitive dye in the water...it was excluded from the exclusion zone and showed a pH change into the bulk...as would be expected if the hydronium ion concentration is chaged with the gel structure formation.

I'm not sold...it's just this week's rabbit hole
