Napa 1334 Now made in South Korea

Picked up a filter today for my Hyundai and it looks different then the USA made 1334 that I have been running for the last several changes.

It is probably a reboxed OE Hyundai filter, given that Hyundai's OE supplier is Mann. The Mann part number is W811/80
 
Yep, being Mann Hummel and made in Korea it looks like you can paint it blue and it's a Hyundai OEM filter. It definitely looks like a black version of the H/K OEMs I've used.
 
Mann-Hummel has facilities in South Korea.

The Wix 51334 / Napa Gold 1334 filter was made in Mexico for several years when Wix was owned by Affinia.

Don't see a problem, South Korea is one of the most technologically advanced nations on earth and makes a lot of very high quality products. Besides, oil filters aren't rocket science. I'd imagine that they are almost entirely (if not entirely) machine made so country of origin isn't really an issue.
