This is a Fram TG2 that was in service for 90 days over the winter.

In: 11/18/2017
Out: 2/16/2018
Oil: NAPA FS 5W30
Time: 90 days
Miles: 4482

It has been awhile so the pics may be a little rough.

I noticed the can had a small crease in the sure grip area which is why I missed it. Otherwise I would have returned the filter.

You are welcome. You have me beat on quantity.

My Canon takes a better photo. But I am without PC & network to upload from the Canon. So, I used the phone. They look a bit grainy on the phone. Maybe a real monitor looks better.

Looks great is that you normal OCI I wouldn't even think twice taking that filter to 5 or 6K on that full synthetic
.

I think this engine was short tripped before I took possession. So I put it on a clean up cycle using conventional and / blends. I was beginning to get startup rattle about 1500 miles into a conv or SB oil change. So, I thought I would try the synthetic. They liberated quite a bit of junk and no startup rattle at 1500 or so. I agree the moving up may be OK as long as I can keep the cam chains happy. This filter is not even getting warmed up.

Yes, it is.
 
Filter looks good except the adbv and bypass valve end cap holes are not shown, because those parts are still in place..
