Looks great for never being changed. That truck is barely broken in at 125k.

Without a particulate count one cannot really determine the condition of the AT. The ATF's remaining chemistry life is also in question.

That is looking very good. .
In my car I went to 283,500 miles before changing the transmission fluid in the car.
I did 3 drain and refills before this past winter and just did my 4th drain and refill a couple of months ago. Now at 312,500 miles on my CVT transmission.
