i looked into real quick. It's a remolded tire with a summer compound & tread.

The DOT code is CHX, listed as a recapper. Industria del Neumatico SA in Aspe, near Valencia

I was able to find this by googling Insa Turbo, which led me to an eBay listing with pictures of the tires that included a DOT code

So, will they charge a core charge for your old tires?
