Hi folks,
I just taken ownership of a 2013 Acura MDX with OEM 255/50R19
I have confirmed that 17" rims will fit on the MDX

I currently have some nearly new winter tires from the preceding SUV ( yes I will need new rims)
They are 245/65R17

Hoping to get advice if they will be a good match for the MDX
The off-the-top-of-my-head calculations thinks that they will *slightly* oversized, but still usable while making the speedo slightly slower..

Thoughts?
Cheers

Your conclusions sound about right. The diameter of the snows is about .5" taller but if you already have the tires, I wouldn't worry about that at all. Run them.

Sound great. I'm running bootleg 15" rims on my HHR that normally gets 16 and up. I test fit and am happy with more sidewall.

Look up your load ranges but usually when the sidewall gets taller you get lots more.

Great news folks..
Thanks for your input.. I am unbelievably happy to be able to use these tires.. and so is wifey..LOLOL

Cheers
J.
