Serious enough to prompt PSE to ask for conservation measures. All garbage pickup is postponed as well. Shell’s Anacortes refinery is shutting down.

Yes its about time that Alaska crude stops going to Japan and other country's and starts feeding the refineries in Washington State.

Probably easier said than done. Besides, we are helping out a good ally as they are still recovering from the power generation loss from the 2011 earthquake disaster.

Hopefully the pipeline will be back up in a short period.

Great. Another reason for the oil companies to raise prices.

(Yes I know this is a simplistic view and there are many things that are involved yadda yadda)
