Great report on your 454, iron is CRAZY low for a 454 in a passenger car let alone in a P chassis. Copper is likely from oil cooler.

I'd be very pleased if this was my 454, excellent report.
 
Only the copper and lead are elevated for the miles, could it be you have worn through the babbit layer on the bearings, and are down to the copper?

It sheared down the 50-weight to a 40-weight; what if in the past it sheared 30-weights down to 20 weights, and the bearings have been wearing out?

A hard-worked 454 would wear out the bearings like that.

I would expect to see elevated iron with copper if that was the case, these Gen V 454s have a pretty robust oil cooler in a P chassis. I wouldn't suspect bearing wear here.
 
Been told and seen (other oil reports) that the BBC 454 engine it's fairly typical for the copper level to go up/down over the miles.

The oil cooler is huge in these P30 RV chassis (same size as the A/C condenser. In fact, they are a combined but separate units (part). Sit directly in front of the radiator and nearly the same size.
