Oil was changed at the time of the sample. For the blackstone questions below.

Does the user this engine sees change significantly from sample to sample? No. Daily driver for the wife. Maybe more highway trips during the holiday season (Nov / Dec), but nothing else I can think of.

Hopefully this engine is running well with no unusual knocking noises or low oil pressure readings. No knocking noise, and no change in oil pressure. Still reads very strong.

Blackstone Inc Comments:
This trend in lead is awfully strange, but at least we're on the lower side of it this time. Does the user this engine sees change significantly from sample to sample? If so, maybe the up and down trend in bearing wear is partly due to that. It's certainly not a normal trend, but it is predictable and therefore hard to call a problem. Hopefully this engine is running well with no unusual knocking noises or low oil pressure readings. The TBN is fine and the slightly thick viscosity is not a problem. Check back in 10-11K miles on the oil.

Yea, why 9k? Seems like such a random number.

Lead spikes every other OCI. Until those come down I’ve been following the Blackstone recommendations of no more than 9K. Based on this last one it looks like they now are ok pushing it to 10-11K.

9K OCI is giving you very low metal wear rates in Fe, Cu.
Residual KV100C and TBN reads good, I would concur with BStone extending OCI further as suggested as I see this Amsoil can do more.
