E-Mail Notification Of Threads Is Sporadic

I get E-Mail notifications for some threads, but not for others. Some forums, but not others. How do I correct this so I get notified for all threads I post in? (I always check "Add This Topic To My Watched Topics" box at the bottom, but it doesn't seem to matter).

I've never been able to figure out how to get emails from this forum. I'm a member of plenty of other forums where I've never had trouble, but this is the only one that gives me fits
