I left the truck tuned as it was before and cleaned the air filter.

Started off with a NAPA Platinum Filter then, after receiving the previous UOA, I installed a Fram HM9100 ($1.50 @ WM) at 981mi into this oil change.

I did not top it off when I changed the filter.

At 5314mi I sampled the oil via the oil filter housing; I removed the filter and let the oil from the center of the housing drip in the sample bottle.

Now the truck has a Fram Ultra installed and I added 1/2 quart to get back to full.

I would guess so too.

Silicon value is pretty good in this sample .... so whatever the airfilter is its not doing a bad job.

But if I calculate the numbers of this sample to the milage of Mobil 1 TDT, TDT has done a better job ... and still had a 17 cSt after 15000 miles?

It's a 10 year old AFE ProGuard 7-Layer.

The TDT from the previous fill was CJ-4
 
Delvac 1 ESP 5W-40 has moly in it now? This is new for the CK-4 formula? On the older UOAs of Delvac 1, there wasn't any moly to speak of, right?
