Friend of mine has a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer that just rolled 99,000 original miles. His service AWD reminder light comes on from time to time he says. He does not have the money to take it to a dealer to get it looked at -- any suggestions please.

Need to find someone with a code reader that can diagnose B codes (beyond the basic check engine P codes).
Not sure if the auto parts stores have this capability or not.
If you can find someone with a BlueDriver code reader, I know mine can read these, also the higher end Autels.

Does the Owners Manual imply any service needed at 100K for the AWD?
