Original suspension on our ‘12 Camry with 198,000 miles.
Going to get KYB quick struts from Rock Auto.
Are there any other suspension components that should be replaced at the same time if not rusty and no problems noted?

You may need new sway bar links if they attach to the strut. A lot of times, they like to freeze on there, so you have to cut the old one off. The best ones to get are Sankei/555 and Proforged

Yeah, mine were almost gone when had the ole' Camry inspected this year. I put Toyota OEM ones in thru work account as only cost me $40~

KYB struts-plus (with $100 MIR) and pro-forge sway bar links installed at all 4 corners.
ENORMOUS improvement in ride and handling.
