There was a thread in this forum (I think) with the title, "I guess we should stop calling it dino oil", or something similar. It's more than a year old and maybe more than two years old. The thread had a link to an incredible article about the inorganic origins of crude oil vs organic, and made strong arguments for inorganic origin.
I can't find the thread now, despite searching several times. And I can't google the original link, that layed out the arguments for inorganic origin so beautifully, either.
