Hey Guys,

Just curious with the new oil spec changes if there have been any changes to the 0w40 M1?

Just did a quick search and I can't find the specific specs on the M1 0w40 API SP to be able to compare the 'new' and 'old' specs. Most likely, not much has changed since M1 is a top tier oil, it most likely already met the spec it just needs to get the certificate.

I doubt the M1 0W40 FS is going to be SP since it was never SN+.
For an oil lower in sulfated ash, consider the M1 ESP Formula 0W40...if you can find it.
