Winter here is lets say average, about -10°C in the coldest mornings.
My car calls for 5w40 only (manual recommendation),
last winter I used 5w30 had no problems with it.
I wounder can I try 0w40 for the winter even when winter is not that cold?
Car has 183k km, and It doesnt burn any oil.
I change the oil every 7-9k kms and I always use synthetic ones.
In any part of Croatia in winter you can use 15W40 at any time of winter, let alone 5W40.
