I wanted to provide an update.
It has taken some time (Over a year since my last post about it) but I have been working with the Service Manger at my local Kia. We waited until I had about 22,500 on the engine. They conducted their own testing and took in the Niro and gave me a Sportage to drive around. They had KIA engineers and techs look at the unit and have determined that the High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) was the cause of the fuel in the oil and they have seen couple Niro models with the same issue (Not at this dealership but overall). They are replacing the HPFP, the connected pipes and doing a synthetic oil change since they know that's all I use.
I will run with it for another 7,500 and get the oil tested and post my results.
