Kudos to Griot's

This past weekend my 6" Random Orbital polisher blew out it's backing pad after 11 years. Called Griot's Garage and was prepared to buy a new one for $25 plus shipping. They sending me one gratis.

Me not so much, my random orbital stoped working and they told me I was SOL.

I used to get great service from them and bought a lot every year.

Maybe I should try again?

Miraculousy I had the original order/packing slip still in the box.
