Looks very good as one would expect from a Mobil 1 oil filter.

While not cheap, Mobil 1 is a high quality filter. But we already knew that.

They should make the Mobil 1 filters so they cannot be removed until at least 10K miles.
 
Champ labs non-ecore. Always the best. Never ever ever ha problems with them.

Man that oil looks dirty for 5K miles.

That's what my Wife's Subaru's oil looked like at 10K across winter.

Was a solvent put in prior to this OC?

Little of both, it's definitely deformed and a bit wavy in the middle, but not as bad as the pictures look.

You're welcome of course, it did do the job.

Worth mention that it was in service for about 18mths and is an older filter, Oil was 5/30 EPHM.
