Amazon will slowly reduce the price of items that are slow sellers. After a few of that item sells, BAM, the price will jump back up to retail. Or, if the item still hasn't sold after a substantial price drop, they'll raise the price back up to retail. It's an interesting pricing algorithm and I've scored a number of deals from it.
Who wants a $48 EBC stage 2 brake kit for their 2016+ Dodge Caravan that retails for over $300?
