Has anyone ever used one of these suction cup bike racks? If so, did your bike ever depart unexpectedly from your car? They look like they would save a lot of room.

For $300 it better not prematurely depart! Looks like a good, diversified company. Having a trailer hitch style rack used to be the cat's meow, I'd prefer this for a one ride setup.

Just put the friggin' Maxlife in and be done with it!

Looks like glass or paint damage waiting to happen, especially if anything happens at speed.

Kind of my worry that it would damage the paint on the roof......

Sorry. LOL

I guess the physics work. But holy man, I’d be paranoid. If it let go and flew into someone’s windshield, look out. Also, a guy with a knife could flip it under the cups, walk away with your bike, leaving a ratched paint job.

If you want the job done right......do it yourself.
