Mannol extreme 5w40

Hi,
Can somebody tell me more about this oil (mannol extreme 5w40 A3/B4). Is it any good?.
Date of product 30.1.2020. Its pretty cheap only 5€ for liter. Cheers!

Well it's not API licensed SN nor CH-4, and it doesn't actually have the Mercedes-Benz approval listed on the back. So would I trust it for the rest? Probably not, but maybe that's just me.
