Good Afternoon folks smile

I use quite a lot of garlic and onions when cooking. Didn’t know each was healthy for us.

Do you folks love or hate garlic?

Yup, love it.

Since they stink up the house, I cook garlic and onions outside though. smile

Years ago a friend decided to make Christmas dinner; Recipe called for X cloves of garlic, but he didn't know the difference between cloves and garlic heads.

Decades later, still a family story....

Love it but never been able to get the wife on board, she doesn't like onions either. frown

The only way I could ever eat liver is if it was smothered in garlic and onions.

Can't stand it. If I eat even a tiny bit I taste it, smell it, pee it, sweat it for a couple of days. You can have it all and after you eat it please stay away.
