Not to throw shade at the guy, but he is in the business of selling the things, so he's not going to say just keep your halogens.

There was a post on here recently where someone pointed out that lux meters read different temperatures of light differently (some more than others) and that the meter used by "Headlight Revolution" (the company in the linked youtube video) was particularly bad for exaggerating the lux readings for white LEDs
and wasn't even available in the US so they appear to have basically special ordered a lux meter from overseas specifically to give higher readings for the products they sell.
At the very least that suggests a certain level of dishonesty.
They also neglect to mention anywhere in their videos that none of the LED bulbs they sell are road legal in Halogen housings.
