Since there are a lot of posts about Kirkland Motor oil, I found this post on PQIA's website for test and review of Kirkland Signature Full Synthetic SAE 5W-30 Motor Oil.

All in all, pretty good.. Higher end of the 5w30 viscosity, Higher side of the zinc and phosphorus, contains moly. What's not to like.

If laughter is the best medicine, then why do sick people go to doctors instead of comedians?

Thanks for letting me know. I did so a search, but I guess I didn't go back far enough on the page results to see this.

Thanks for the information.
My 5w30 cars are all high mileage, 100 to 200K.
So a strong detergent, stout oil is advantageous.

Meets SN+ and Dexos1 Gen 2.

I would have zero issues using this oil.

It's another Warren Distribution Oil.

such as Amazon basics oil.

Looks good to me, a LSPI friendly Ca & Mg detergent package, close to max ZDDP, lots of Boron (245 ppm) and a nice dose of Moly (80ppm). That looks like a good add pack.

Shame there is no Noack to help judge the base oil quality. But it’s D1-G2 so we know it’s below 13% and passes their other quality tests.

Thanks, that looks like the same add pack, probably the exact same oil just in a different bottle.
The Noack is 11.4% which looks good to me.

I’d be all over this stuff. Warren Distribution the “unknown” name brand oil.

Runs great in my cheap Equinox.

It'll soon be the oil in my Alaskan Chevy truck as well.

The car is already at 200K miles. You shouldn't, but if you don't care as much, you could.

What I want to know is where you got that PP Euro without spending an arm and a leg per single quart.
