Do you eat cold pizza or warm it up?

Warm it up now. Back in my 20s i would eat it cold too.

Now... fried chicken and lo mien? definitely cold.

Warm it up but only in the oven

Since I bought a high end toaster oven the microwave gets limited use nowadays. The big oven too. But I eat pizza either way depending on my time factor. New toaster oven does a great job reheating food.

Funny you raise the topic. I recently polled (informally) a number of friends and family about that a few months back while watching a football game where we were eating pizza. Every female instantly said no way to cold pizza and every male said it was better the next morning, cold right out of the box.

I just read about the frying pan method. Never thought of that.

I couldn't believe, a beautiful stainless and black Hamilton Beach for 64 Bucks!

Your wife operated your kitchen without a microwave for the past 30 years?
Why was she an anti?

My wife is anti microwave. Believes they give you cancer. She wont have Wifi for the same reason. I KNOW wifi is everywhere.

For some crazy reason she wont use the dishwasher either. Washes everything by hand. Whatever... As long as she doesnt touch my stuff.

Super heats certain nutrients destroying food values.

Plus counter space.
_______

She is a real cook and cooks from scratch.

Local Farm and Co-Op sourced foods and Meats.

________

I agree with her, though I have not read studies.

Plus what's wrong with a Pot or a Skillet?

Anyway, I Had one at work in break area for years , and had a fast working quartz rod B&D toaster on my desk.

That's all I needed for leftovers.

My Question is, why do you really NEED one? !

IF its a NY style Cheese with good sauce ( rare) and tasty cheese.

You get MORE flavours at room temp.

Just Sauce and cheese and a Pinch of oregano,

Fine at room temp and I'm not a "room temp food kinda guy at all.
