It's not M22x1.5 (FL-820 and FL-500)

You are correct on the MC FL-1A filter

It is same with 3/4-16. 1' instead of 3/4', 12 instead of 16. Thread outer diameter: 1 in and 12 thread/1 in.
And Bosch Premium 3978 has thread 1'-12 too (https://www.boschautoparts.com/en/auto/filters/premium-oil-filters?partId=3978)
