Hi,
What is the diffrence between Shell helix ultra 5w40 and Shell helix ultra 5w40 ( with Diesel sign on it).
For my car is recommended one without diesel sign, but I excidently bought one with diesel label. Also my car is diesel. Will It cause any problems ? Or can I use it without worries?

In and of itself the word "diesel" doesn't mean much, what matters are the approvals and certifications. What is different between the two and what do you need? If both have what you require then either one is fine. If not, pick the one that has what you need.

What licenses and approvals does each oil have?

On shell page, finder says for my car is shell helix ultra 5w40, as I said I bought shell helix ultra 5w40 (diesel). Who knows main diffrence between this two? Thanks.

You were asking why one container says "diesel" and the other one does not. That specific question isn't related to what your car needs or requires.
The main difference is in the certifications, licenses or approvals each oil has or does not have.
If you post the list of the certifications, licenses or approvals each oil has or does not have then you will answer your question.

UltraDiesel appears to be the same, but doesn't list some gas specs it already meets.

There you have it. An amazingly scant difference, considering the substance of those approvals.
