It is hard to find quality jumper cables at any price, most cables are to short, have cheap clamps, and a gauge of wire not conducive to transferring qty of amps. - Northern tool has these 20 feet, 2 gauge, regularly $59, for $19.

Amazon is also selling for $19, so guess not so good of a deal- but shipping is $9

Amazon ships cheaper to Lower Michigan than northerntool.

I think they may be cheap because the cable is aluminum.

Agreed, unless you really need a pair wait until the fall and get some old copper ones at garage sale, or check Craigslist etc

I agree, forget the copper clad aluminium. They have to be at least 2-3 ga sizes larger to carry the same current and the aluminium strands fatigue and break from bending much faster.

Also aluminum wire is stiff and difficult to handle. Do not buy.

Copper clad aluminum and the pvc can be really stiff when its cold.. when you need them in middle of winter.

full copper 4GA 20ft is usually around $50
