ARCO: I dont have issues with beans as I make beans and rice occasionally and bean less chili


Never got into hummus either

I like spinach and salads and oatmeal more these days

Yeah, it seems that while legumes (and other foods) have their benefits, they also can produce some pretty bad side effects, depending on your gut bacteria...

I love hummus, but if I eat more than just a little bit, I don't feel well.

Lentils on the other hand - I have no problem with, at least when used in daal - wife has some killer recipes.
