Would you consider an entire carb/bulb/etc kit if it came with a tool and was cheap? No, all I need is the tool. Does it need to be a high quality tool or just a 10-uses-per-lifetime tool? NO, just to adjust when needed. Do you need it NOW or would a month wait (or whatever delay coronavirus causes) work so ebay from China is acceptable? whenever,not in a rush. Do you want fries and a coke with that?
