Looks like Citgo, which they've also been changing to here in the USA.
I see numbers in gold ink at the bottom of the bottle. The numbers start with a "W". I suspect Warren Performance Packaging / Warren Distribution makes Canadian SuperTec.
You're right, the SDS still lists WPP.
We tracked this down on a jug of Dexos 5w30 on a separate thread last week. Based on the last two digits of 25, it's Warren Distribution. We then compared the jugs to the non Dexos products and they are virtually identical. It's Warren Distribution.
