Seems like if I click the "Follow Thread" button after posting in a thread, I get email notification of replies for a few posts, then they stop coming. In one thread, 2 more pages of posts were made but I didn't get any notification after 3 or 4 posts. Just a temporary glitch?

It's been there if you want to be notified of posts after your post.

I finally got email notification of a thread I followed. Seems fixed for now.
