Eh, keep an eye on it but I wouldn't panic at this point. You've got a few more miles than me but we're in a similar truck.
With my 2018, I dumped my factory fill at 1k miles and copper was high (of course) at 31ppm.
Then, 3k miles later, it was down to 8ppm (changed before a big trip) and on the third change at only 8k miles I was down to 2ppm.
