I hooked up a usb cord to d/l vids from this camcorder. I looked on Youtube and a video stated that I needed Power Cinema . i tried d/l'ing it and sometimes it doesn't open. Is there any other easier program so that i can d/l,or can I do it straight? Win7

Connect the camcorder to your MAC or PC using the USB.
Open the flip screen of camcorder and select Playback on PC (even when on a Mac).
Your computer should recognize the camcorder as a new hard drive.
Look for the SD_Video folder to find your video clips in MOD format.

you can then copy the files to your computer.
