We loaded up the CanAm and took it to some small sand dunes near by.

That truck is way too nice for a plow truck. That's what they do with end of service life trucks back in Pa.

Chris, does the sand get in everything and wear it out?

Not really. Worst part is in your ears and in your pants. It's dry so it does not stick to atv parts unless there is grease.

Looks like fun!

Every year as a kid we went out to either Glamis or Buttercup. Also been to the Coral Pink dunes and Gordon's Well. I miss those days so much. One day I'll buy something I can take out there. My Jeep would overheat within 5 minutes.

I still have my 2005 Honda a Rancher, I took it out to the dunes a few times as a kid/young teen and it did ok-ish, but not enough power. Especially at my current weight compared to back then.

Here's me and my dad's cousin in September 1999. I was almost 5 years old.

The buggy was a Meyer's Manx that my dad put a 90's Ford Escort motor into with a turbo.

Next picture is me riding the Honda 70. It was a friend's, but I had one that was identical. I'd have to dig deeper into photos for it.

The same goes for body parts.
