I got three options for my car:
Filter one is ten bucks, filter media is white, about 40 folds, and has a wire backing on the INTAKE side of filter...(????!)
Filter number 2: is the stock filter for 20 dollars, media is dark reddish color, metal endplates, and 46 folds, similar to OEM
Filter number 3, has 30% more media, 70 folds, and Yellow media(Phenolic resin impregnated, supposed to stop water ingress better) but it's 10 bucks more than filter #2
I change my filters every 75k.
