Does any one know of a part number list for all the harness connectors that are used on a gen 3 harness?
Can't seem to find a good source for this list.
Thanks

EV6 Injector.....GM# 15305086, Mouser Part# 829-15305086
MAF, 5-Pin Delphi.....GM# 15305555, Mouser Part# 829-15305555
MAP, 1-Bar.....GM# 12129946, Mouser Part# 829-12129946
CKP, 24x....GM# 15324165, Mouser Part# 829-15324165
CMP, 1x......GM# 12059595, Mouser Part# 829-12059595
ECT, ISS, OSS.....GM# 15336024, Mouser Part# 829-15336024
Bank 1 & 2 Coil Harness Jumper.....GM# 12047938, Mouser Part# 829-12047938
Knock Sensor Harness Jumper......GM# 12052641, Mouser Part# 829-12052641
TPS (Cable TB).....GM# 12078090, Mouser Part# 829-12078090
IAC (Cable TB).....GM# 12162190, Mouser Part# 829-12162190

Bank 1 & 2 (Upstream) O2 Sensors.....GM# 12176897, Mouser Part# 829-12176897
*Use GM# 12573005 or Denso# 234-4668 Oxygen Sensors

OE P01 & P59 PCM connectors are discontinued by GM & Aptiv (formerly Delphi), I recommend buying a Connector Kit from EFI Connection.
*'99-'02 P01 PCM (Blue/Red) HERE
*'03-'07 P59 PCM (Blue/Green) HERE
Probably cheaper solutions out there.....But these kits are very complete & high quality!!

4L60E & 4L80E connectors have been discontinued by GM & Aptiv (formerly Delphi), AC-Delco offers a repair kit that includes the connector....Part# 12154288, Here's one on E-bay for $65 HERE That's cheap as they retail for $100
*****Let me look around, I probably have one I can send you!
*****Use the leftover terminals from the PCM connector Kits for the Trans Connector as they're the same, Even if you buy the Delco repair kit.....You don't want all those splices in your harness!!!

Data Link W/Bolt tabs......GM# 12110250, Mouser Part# 829-12110250

If you're going to run different Injectors....Like EV1's are Multec 2's. Let me know. EV6 is what I normally run given a choice.

Same with the MAF..... I like the 5-pin Delphi with the integrated IAT sensor. Early car LSx engines used a 3-pin MAF with a separate IAT sensor.

I just figured you had the list. Thanks man👊

Are all of these 150 or 280 tooling?
I'm good to go on the current build as fitec supplied A pretty decent full harness.
Next one will be all mine.
A couple that I don't see after a quick glance are alt and knock sensor end. Tia!

The MAF, ECT, ISS, & OSS are Delphi GT 150 series
The TPS & IAC are Delphi "header sealed" 150.2 series (Pull to seat)
The rest of the engine sensors are Delphi 150 series
The Data Link is unsealed Delphi Device 150 series

And of course....The PCM & Trans plug use the same terminals & are included in the PCM connector kit. I have a genuine Packard crimper for these. But I think the same crimper for the 150.2 & 150 Device can work?

****Early (before 2003) ECT, ISS, OSS connectors were Header sealed 150.2 series, The part number I gave are GT 150 series!! The TPS Connector can be updated to a GT 150 series if you wish, But I don't know if the IAC connecter ever got updated as the IAC was pretty much obsolete by 2003.

****There is also a Delphi 150.2 connecter that fits the 5-pin MAF....But was never used on a MAF in production, It was used on electronic EGR valves. Didn't know this 'til I was fixing a PSI harness one time & tripped out

Given the choice, I don't care for the 150.2 pull to seat because they are difficult to unpin once you seat the terminals & you must pull the entire length of the circuit through the connector & header seal.

Metri-Pack & Delphi can be considered synonyms, I use Delphi because Metri-pack is often confused with Packard Weather-Pack.
Another oddity is......150.2 series was actually used before the 150 series. You'll notice that the ICM, TPS & ECT on your TBI truck uses 150.2 series connectors & the rest are Packard Weather-Pack.

The Knock Sensor Jumper Harness is purchased as an assembly! If you want a connector break down.....I can probably figure it out, Let me know. The Rubber Pucks that seal the sensor bores might be more expensive than the assembly though??

There are at least 3 different alternators, 2 Delphi's & a Bosch.....Any idea what exact alternator you're going to run?

Ok thanks for the info.
I came to the same conclusion on the knock sensor sub harness.
I'm not sure what I have for the alt. I just bought a new one from AZ for the same vehicle that the motor came from. 2002 3500. I can figure that out though. Thanks for the info here.... that would have taken a lot of research to get all that.
I will print this out. More on this later as I have some aux equipment that I must look up amp draw and get tooling lined out. 2 compressors, 2 fans, fuel pump and super charger circ pump.

Alright......The GT-150 connector number for the TPS is GM# 15477863, Mouser Part# 829-15477863, This was technically used for the Oil Pressure Sensor & A/C Pressure Sensor on 2003 & later builds but it's the same configuration as the TPS on cable throttle bodies.

This connecter will fit CS130D & AD244 Delphi Alternators......Delphi 150 series GM# 12186568, Mouser Part# 829-12186568.

The Delphi DR44G & the Bosch Alternator takes a 2-pin/cavity Bosch connector, I wouldn't use these on a swap!

If you go to Mouser Electronics website & enter the part#.....Click on the Datasheet, This will give you a break down of some connectors! What terminals, TPA's, cavity plugs & seals to use.

Example for the 15477863 GT-150.
